Pay: £15.50 per hour Job Description: Job Role: Labourer/Builder with Cavity Wall Insulation Experience Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8-12 hour shifts + travel Pay Rate & Expenses: £15.50 per hour Site Address: Cardiff & surrounding areas. Role Description Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking a Labourer/Builder with experience in cavity wall insulation for site work with no fixed address. This role requires flexibility, as you will be working on various projects with shifts ranging from 8-12 hours. A van will be provided for travel. Key Responsibilities: * Working on loft or cavity insulation and maintenance tasks. * Keeping the work van tidy. * Adhering to all site requirements, including PPE and RAMS, as instructed by the supervisor. Key Requirements: * Full driver’s licence: Confidence in driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. * CSCS Both are essential. * Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights. * Experience: Previous construction experience preferred. * Qualifications: NVQ in insulation and building treatments preferred but not essential. * Flexibility: Willingness to stay away from home for most contracts (Monday-Friday), with weekends available on an overtime basis. * Personal Attributes: Responsible, enthusiastic, hard-working, open to feedback, and adaptable.
