Labourer

At Phoenix Gray, we are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Labourer to join a reputable construction company based in Reigate, Surrey. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to ensuring site safety and efficiency. As a Labourer, you will be instrumental in supporting the team with general site tasks, assisting trades, and helping maintain a clean and organised working environment. Your responsibilities will include moving materials, setting up sites, and adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will be a team player with a proactive attitude, capable of handling physically demanding tasks, and holding a valid CSCS card.

Proven experience as a Labourer on construction sites

Valid CSCS Card is essential

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good understanding of health and safety regulations on site

If available, relevant PPE and own transport would be beneficial
