We are currently recruiting multiple Labourers and established gangs for ongoing night work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is a great opportunity with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.
Key Details:
* Location: Banbury
* Shift: Night work
* Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity
* Pay Rate: Up to £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
* Positions: Individual labourers and gangs welcome
Responsibilities:
* Assisting concrete operatives and skilled trades on site
* General site duties including moving materials and keeping work areas tidy
* Supporting works on live carriageways
* Following instructions from supervisors and site management
* Working safely in a live traffic environment
* Adhering to strict health & safety and traffic management procedures
Requirements:
* Previous site experience preferred, ideally within highways
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Highways passport / relevant tickets (preferred)
* Ability to work safely on live roads at night
* Gangs must be reliable and able to work well together
* Strong work ethic and good awareness of site safety
* Reliable and able to commit to ongoing night shifts
* Full PPE required
