At Lucion Group, we’re looking for a Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor to join our growing Coventry team — helping map, measure, scan, and shape some of the UK’s most exciting projects.
If you know your way around a total station better than most people know their way around Coventry ring road, keep reading.
🌍 What You’ll Actually Be Doing
* Carrying out topographical and measured building surveys
* Using the latest GNSS, total stations & laser scanning tech
* Turning field data into accurate drawings and models
* Working on projects across construction, infrastructure & development
* Getting out on-site instead of staring at the same four office walls all week
* Being part of a team that genuinely knows their stuff
🧭 What We’re Looking For
* Experience in land or topographical surveying
* Confidence with AutoCAD, N4CE, LSS or similar software
* Someone who enjoys solving problems and working independently
* Full UK driving licence
* A good eye for detail (the kind that spots a 5mm discrepancy from 50 metres away)
Bonus points if:
* You’re tech-curious
* You enjoy varied projects
* You can explain surveying to non-surveyors without watching their eyes glaze over
