Build and maintain strong client relationships

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in residential layout design, particularly for volume housing

Strong understanding of UK planning policy, design standards and housing guidelines

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Excellent design, presentation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy

Confident in a client-facing role with strong problem-solving abilities

Ambitious, collaborative and motivated for long-term progression

Full, clean UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.

Access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for business use, no greater than 10 years old (mileage reimbursement provided).

Current business insurance coverage, or willingness to update policy to include business use upon employment.

This is an excellent opportunity offering genuine career progression, with scope to take on increased responsibility and play a key role in the future growth of the business. For the right individual, there is potential for long-term incentives and involvement at a strategic level.

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) + benefits, including a Christmas bonus.
