Long-term career progression with new qualifications Full uniform provided Free gym membership Cycle to work scheme Free annual flu jab and Health & wellbeing programme On-site parkingThe Role as an LCV Technician / Mechanic / Engineer As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles. You’ll work in a well-equipped workshop, using modern diagnostic equipment and tools, while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards. You will be working on an internal fleet of small vans to 3.5t Lutons with tail lifts, retail and commercial work to include all makes / models of cars and vans Key Responsibilities of the LCV Technician / Mechanic / Engineer Carry out vehicle inspections to identify faults and repair requirements Perform routine servicing and maintenance, including brakes, tyres, and oil changes Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment Repair or replace vehicle components using hand and power tools Complete accurate job records and documentation Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain workflow Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment What we’re looking for in the LCV Technician / Mechanic / Engineer Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (Level 4 welcomed) Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair experience Experience with cars and vans MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset Ability to work to deadlines without compromising qualityIf you’re a skilled LCV Technician / Mechanic / Engineer looking for stability, progression, and a workplace that genuinely invests in its people, this role offers an excellent next step in your career.
