Permanent Position ( Hybrid )

I'm working with a Level 3 LPCB-approved sprinkler contractor that is continuing to grow steadily through 2026/27. As a privately owned business, they've retained a strong, grounded culture while building a solid project pipeline, and they are now looking to bring in a Lead Sprinkler Design Engineer to strengthen their design capability.

This isn't just another delivery role. The successful hire will be a key part of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a central role in how projects are designed, coordinated, and delivered moving forward. There is a genuine opportunity here to shape the design function as it grows.

The position offers a flexible hybrid setup, typically one day in the office with the rest split between home working and site visits, giving you the autonomy to manage your workload effectively while staying connected to projects on the ground.

From a progression perspective, they are keen to fast-track the right individual into a design management position, leading a team of engineers as the department expands. If stepping into leadership is something you're aiming for, this is a clear and supported route rather than a vague future possibility.
