Lead Teacher - small provision

We’re looking for an inspiring educator to join our dedicated team near Swanley; a specialist setting supporting children with a range of complex needs, including those in the care system. This school provides a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where every child is seen, heard, and supported to thrive. Our pupils face challenges that require more than just curriculum knowledge—they need patience, understanding, and a commitment to consistent care. The grounds are designed for engagement and enjoyment. Boxing bags hang from trees, outside space to explore, trampolines and more.
