Learning And Development administrator
We are looking for an Learning and Develpment Administrator to join the team of an established company, on a fixed term contract until end of August 2027. You will be a key member of the team, supporting on the coordination of learning and training programmes. This role is offering a hybrid position with flexible start times and opportunity for a long term contract. Learning and Development Administrator Monday to Friday Solihull - hybrid working £24000 to 26000 per annum Fixed term contract up until August 2027 As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will be: * Planning training programs – scheduling courses, workshops, or learning sessions. * Coordinating instructors or trainers – communicating with teachers, trainers, or subject experts. * Managing learning materials – organising resources, documents, or online learning platforms. * Tracking learner progress – monitoring attendance, completion rates, and feedback. * Supporting learners – answering questions and helping people access learning resources. * Updating the system with certificates and qualifications as needed * Raising purchase orders To be successful as a Learning and Development Administrator, you will need: * Experience in coordinator of learning programmes and training * Experience raising purchase orders and carrying out general admin * Experience with Microsoft packages If this is of interest, please apply directly to this advert
