Learning And Development Manager
Our client is seeking an L&D Partner to join their team in Derbyshire. Working as the L&D partner, you’ll work with the existing HR function to support the leadership team in managing development programs, implementing internal training schemes and driving the businesses apprenticeship scheme. This is a hands on role which will require an L&D partner who can quickly establish relationships with internal teams and deliver high quality, hands on learning experiences across all levels of the organisation. Key Responsibilities for the role include: * Managing relationships with external learning providers, ensuring quality and value * Supporting with the design, delivery and coordination of leadership and management programmes. * Develop and support talent programs ensuring all learners experience a smooth and consistent learning experience. * Collaborate with the HR team to drive and promote a strong culture of learning and development within all areas of the business. * Managing the associated administration with staff training, learning and development. To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:- * Previous experience working within a Learning and Development role. Manufacturing/warehousing experience would be desirable. * Experience in delivering leadership and management programs * Knowledge of apprenticeships, ideally with experience of working with external providers. * A collaborative approach to learning and development. This role is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office, our clients vision for this role is that you’ll be on site for at least 60% of the time in order to establish a presence, understand the business and build strong internal relationships. The role is 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday
