Are you an experienced HGV or Trailer Engineer looking to step into a rewarding training role? We’re working with a well-established training provider to recruit an Automotive Learning Coach supporting apprentices in heavy vehicle engineering.
This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your industry knowledge, support the next generation of engineers, and enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.
🔧 The Role
* Support and coach a cohort of approx. 40 learners
* Deliver progress reviews, mentoring, and workplace observations
* Work closely with apprentices in HGV and trailer engineering
* Support learning across mechanical, maintenance, and manufacturing disciplines
* Combine on-site delivery in Winsford with hybrid responsibilities
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in HGV, bus, coach, or trailer engineering
* Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing (essential)
* Assessor and/or teaching qualification (desirable)
* Passion for mentoring and developing learners
* Ability to support both practical and theoretical engineering skills
