Job Title Live-In Support Worker Yeovil 2 Weeks or 4 Weeks On Rotation The Opportunity Key Health is recruiting a Live-In Support Worker for a high-quality care package based in Yeovil. You will support service users with learning disabilities and autism within a structured, supported living environment. This is a consistent live-in rotation with either: • 2 weeks on or • 4 weeks on The Role You will: • Provide structured daily support • Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism • Promote independence and routine • Support with community access and activities • Maintain accurate documentation • Follow positive behaviour support plans • Deliver person-centred care at all times This is a live-in placement. Consistency and relationship building are critical. Essential Requirements • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism • Full UK driving licence • Eligible to work in the UK • Not on a Skilled Worker or Student visa • Available for live-in rotation You do not need your own vehicle. Desirable • DBS on the update service • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care • Experience within supported living settings Ideal Candidate You are calm, structured and patient. You understand autism presentation and behavioural triggers. You are reliable, resilient and committed to consistent support delivery
