Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary / SEN Location: London Pay: £95 - £115 per day Start: After Easter Half Term Contract: Full-time, term time only Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in London after the Easter half term. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in helping them access education and reach their full potential. The Role As an LSA, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs Support children with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development Use strategies and resources to promote independence and confidence The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people (school, care or youth settings) Is patient, caring and resilient Has strong communication and behaviour management skills Is proactive and able to use initiative in the classroom Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Experience working within SEN schools or mainstream settings with SEN pupils is highly desirable.
