Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Southampton Area We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work within mainstream primary schools across the Southampton area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and feel confident providing 1:1 support. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
