Requirements:
* Experience working with challenging behaviour
* Previous experience of working in Alternative Provisions
* Strong understanding of working with students who have varying EHCP's
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to engage and motivate learners on a one-to-one basis
