Who We're Looking For We would love to hear from: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Individuals with strong backgrounds supporting children with SEN or SEMH needs Candidates confident in behaviour management and delivering personalised support Your Main Responsibilities Support pupils with SEMH needs both in class and during wider school activities. Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and targeted interventions. Help maintain a calm, structured, and motivating classroom environment. Encourage confidence, resilience, independence, and personal growth. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to support each child's development.
