Leasehold Block Property Manager
Are you an experienced Leasehold Property Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a knowledgeable and proactive professional to manage a portfolio of 33 developments (338 units) across West London and the surrounding areas. This is a hybrid role, with property managers working remotely for much of the time while attending developments for inspections, meetings, and site visits. The portfolio includes 4 developments requiring bi-monthly inspections, with the remaining developments inspected quarterly. In this key position, you'll act as the main point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, and Leaseholders, delivering a high standard of property management while ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. What you'll be doing: ✅ Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conducting regular site inspections and preparing reports ✅ Financial Management: Managing service charge budgets and client accounts ✅ Insurance: Arranging and managing building, Directors' & Officers insurance ✅ Meetings: Organising and attending AGMs, EGMs, Directors' and Residents' meetings ✅ Administration: Handling day-to-day correspondence and administrative duties ✅ Lease Compliance: Addressing breaches of lease and ensuring compliance ✅ Contractor Management: Coordinating works and managing contractors ✅ Property Sales: Managing assignments of leases and related enquiries ✅ Complaints Handling: Resolving issues and maintaining positive resident relationships What we're looking for: ✔ Proven leasehold block property management experience ✔ ATPI Level 3 qualification (ideal) ✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites ✔ Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote role This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality property management services.
