The Firm Our client is a top 5, global law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Finance Legal PA to support lawyers within a busy and fast-paced team in their City of London office. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal PA to join a highly regarded team and provide professional secretarial, organisational, and administrative support to Partners and laywers within their Corporate & Finance group. You will play a key role in ensuring fee earners are supported effectively while maintaining excellent service for clients. Key responsibilities include: Providing proactive support to allocated Partners and lawyers Managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments Inbox and mailbox management, helping to prioritise and respond to communications Organising travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries Supporting the billing process, including preparing and generating bills and maintaining records of expenses and disbursements Assisting with client engagement letters and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory procedures Supporting business development activities including preparing pitches, updating CVs and credentials Producing and amending documents, formatting and proofreading Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and opening new client matters This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
