What You’ll Be Doing

Producing accurate audio and copy‑typed documents
*
Managing emails, digital files, photocopying, scanning and general document organisation
*
Completing forms and preparing legal documents with guidance
*
Carrying out online searches and submitting applications to the Land Registry
*
Updating and maintaining matters within the case management system
*
Supporting compliance processes, including ID checks and verification
*
Preparing completion statements, invoices and transfer documentation
*
Handling client and professional enquiries — in person and over the phone
*
Assisting with reception duties when needed
*
Providing day‑to‑day administrative support across commercial conveyancing matters
