This is a brand‑new lettings department inside a hugely successful development group, and they're looking for a Lettings Executive who wants momentum, earning potential, and a long‑term career path. They can prove dozens of internal promotions - this is a place where people genuinely grow.
What you'll be doing:
Running viewings across premium developments
Acting as the first point of contact for all applicant enquiries
Building relationships with prospective tenants and delivering a standout customer journey
Managing lettings administration including applications, agreements, and communication logs
Representing the brand within a modern, luxury city‑centre office
What you'll bring:
Some lettings or sales experience is helpful
A track record of hitting targets
Confidence, initiative, and a proactive mindset
Strong written and verbal communication
A friendly, positive personality with real customer‑service focus
Manchester knowledge is a bonus
