Lettings Portfolio Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Portfolio Manager to take ownership of a busy residential portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in lettings, property management, or estate agency who is looking to step into (or build on) a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lettings cycle – valuations, marketing, tenant move-ins and move-outs

* Carry out rental appraisals and advise landlords on pricing and market conditions

* Oversee property listings across portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc.)

* Manage landlord relationships and provide ongoing support and guidance

* Supervise and support a small team (Lettings Negotiator & Property Manager)

* Conduct 1-1s, performance reviews, and team development

* Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company processes

* Monitor performance and report on KPIs

* Maintain high levels of customer service across tenants and landlords

Requirements:

* Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or property management

* Experience managing a portfolio and dealing with landlords

* Leadership or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Knowledge of UK lettings legislation (preferred but not essential)

* ARLA qualified (desirable) or willingness to gain qualification

* Full UK driving licence
