Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Level 2 Teaching Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils individually and in small groups to access learning activities Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement in learning Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a safe learning environment The successful candidate will: Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills Be patient, supportive, and committed to helping pupils succeed Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming school community committed to supporting both pupils and staff
