About the Role: Prospero Teaching are working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Birkenhead that is looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to supporting young children's development in a nurturing and engaging environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. Support children's learning and development through play-based activities. Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging early years activities. Observe, monitor, and record children's development in line with EYFS guidelines. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
