Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Hemel Hempstead Salary: £13-£16 per hour Hours: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days per week) Contract: Full-time, all year round (not term-time only) We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive nursery team in Hemel Hempstead. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and early years education for children, supporting their development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Support children's learning and development Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times Requirements: Level 3 childcare qualification or higher Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting Good knowledge of the EYFS A positive, caring, and proactive approach What We Offer: Full-time (32-40 hours per week) DBS cost covered if successful at interview Supportive and welcoming team environment Opportunities for professional development
