Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Location: Salary: £13 per hour Hours: 4 days a week (8:00am–6:00pm, 38 hours), with 5-day or 3-day options considered Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a lively, child-centred village hall nursery seeking a full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. The nursery caters to children from 0–4 years across three rooms and prides itself on providing a fun, nurturing, and physically active environment. The Role: You will float between the three rooms, with an initial introduction to the toddler room. Responsibilities include: * Supporting the development of children across all age groups (babies 0–18 months, toddlers 18–30 months, and preschool 30–60 months) * Planning and delivering engaging indoor and outdoor activities, with a focus on creativity, play, and physical development * Encouraging independence, curiosity, and social development in all children * Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment The Team & Setting: The nursery has 35 children on roll, with 18–25 children per session and quieter periods during school holidays. There are 3 rooms, each with a small, dedicated staff team: a baby room with 6 children, a toddler room with 9 children, and a preschool room with 16 children. The team of 9 staff (including part-time) is lively, supportive, and enthusiastic about child development. Staff regularly collaborate, discuss each child’s progress, and enjoy social events and Zoom meetings together.
