We are working with a variety of educational settings that require skilled and passionate Teaching Assistants who can support classroom learning, provide targeted interventions, and contribute positively to the school environment. Please note: A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent childcare/education) qualification is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils Assist with classroom management and behaviour support Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources Support pupils with additional learning needs where required Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and school staff Requirements A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification (essential) Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development Willingness to obtain or hold an enhanced DBS on the update service Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
