Shifts: Afternoons - Monday to Friday, 13:45 – 22:15
What you’ll do:
* Lead and motivate your team to consistently meet production targets.
* Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
* Train new starters and support team development.
* Monitor and minimise waste while improving processes.
* Report issues promptly and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing production lines or teams.
* Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to hit targets and manage labour effectively.
