Paralegal - Litigation Department | Bolton | Full-Time Are you looking to build your career in litigation within a supportive and experienced legal team? We are currently seeking motivated Paralegals to join our busy Litigation department at our Bolton office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on litigation experience across a diverse range of civil matters, working closely with experienced lawyers and receiving dedicated one-to-one training from senior colleagues. The Role You will become part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, assist qualified lawyers and supporting cases across a broad spectrum of civil litigation. Our firm handles a wide variety of work including: Personal Injury Clinical Negligence Commercial Litigation Contentious Probate General Civil Litigation matters While prior experience in these areas is beneficial, it is not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, as full training and mentorship will be provided. What You'll Be Doing Supporting solicitors and fee earners on a range of litigation matters Assisting with case preparation, legal research, and documentation Liaising with clients and third parties Helping to manage case files and maintain accurate records Working collaboratively with the wider litigation team What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate: A keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution A friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude Strong attention to detail Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent organisation and time management Confident communication and people skills The ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines and achieve results Why Join Us?
