Leading national firm seeks ambitious dispute resolution solicitor to bolster its litigation offering in the East Midlands. The firm acts for an impressive range of business clients, and in this role you will be working as part of a partner-led team on a variety of commercial litigation matters. The dispute resolution caseload is varied and will include, inter alia: * shareholder and partnership disputes * professional negligence * contentious insolvency * contested debt recovery * breach of covenant, and * civil fraud The firm is seeking to recruit a litigation solicitor of between 1-4yrs PQE so this represents a superb opportunity for a dispute resolution specialist who may be towards the start of their post-qualification career to join a market leader which is also recognised as being a genuinely nice place to work.
