Apply NowRubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Load Out Coordinator on a 6 month rolling contract based in Port Of Nigg – Inverness.
Role Summary
This isn’t a generic logistics role — it’s hands-on coordination of load-out activities at a pre-assembly hub, working closely with vessel crews, construction leads, and contractors to ensure components are ready, certified, and safely loaded for offshore transport.
Key scope includes:
* Coordinating load-out operations and vessel readiness
* Managing quayside activities (lifting, rigging, crane ops)
* Ensuring all components (WTG) are ready with correct documentation
* Overseeing HSE compliance during all load-out operations
* Supporting offshore logistics planning and forecasting
* Outside IR35
Requirements
* Load-out / quayside / marshalling yard operations
* Offshore wind, marine, or heavy lift environments
* Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
