This work is predominantly consultation based, working with each schools individual needs (not much statutory work) NonStop Care is currently supporting one of our clients in North West England(Bolton area) with the recruitment of a Locum Educational Psychologist for an initial half-term assignment starting after Easter.
Working pattern: Hybrid (face-to-face work in schools alongside home-based report writing)
This opportunity offers a balanced caseload across statutory and traded services, with a strong emphasis on delivering tailored support to schools through established service level agreements.
Key responsibilities of the Locum Educational Psychologist:
Deliver services to schools under a service level agreement model
Carry out individual assessments and consultation work based on school needs
Manage a mixed caseload (statutory work not predominant)
Work within a defined patch areaRequirements of the Locum Educational Psychologist:
Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a local authority EP service
Ideally experience within a traded service
