Logistics Operative

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Stone. This is a hands-on role supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring materials and components are received, stored, kitted, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to support manufacturing and customer delivery. Key Responsibilities * Goods Inward & Inspection * Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery notes and system records * Check drawing revision numbers for accuracy * Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) * Liaise with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams * Inventory & Stock Control * Book stock in and out using WMS and barcode scanning systems * Maintain accurate stock records * Compile and issue kits of components in line with planning instructions Requirements * GCSEs in Maths and English * 3–5 years’ warehouse experience * Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems * IATA & ADR (Dangerous Goods) qualification or experience working with hazardous materials * Strong numeracy and attention to detail * Comfortable using computerised stock systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication skills * FLT licence preferred but training will be given Hours of work 7.30 till 3.30 Mon-Thu and 7.30 till 1 Friday Premier Placement Services are acting as an employment agency for this vacancy
