The Role
As a long-term QTS teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3 & KS4 in line with school expectations
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupil progress
Take responsibility for long-term classroom teaching roles within secondary schools
Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and school settings
Work collaboratively with departments to ensure continuity of learning
Contribute to assessment, marking, and tracking pupil progress where required
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and wider school communities
Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
What You'll Receive
Competitive pay: £163 - £230 per day (paid to scale)

What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS essential)
Minimum of 12 months teaching experience within a UK School
Strong classroom management and subject knowledge
