About the Role
We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to join a network of primary schools across Birmingham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour while they eat and play.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pupils in dining halls, playgrounds, and other designated areas
Encourage good table manners and healthy eating habits
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion among pupils
Support children in play activities and help resolve minor conflicts
Ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils at all times
Report any concerns or incidents to school staff promptly
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, patient, and approachable manner
Ability to communicate effectively with children and staff
A strong sense of responsibility and awareness of safeguarding
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
A commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment
