About the Role
HR GO Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business in Flintshire for a Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that offers full training, long-term career prospects, and a supportive team environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting the production process by operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate and monitor production machinery (full training provided).
Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
Identify and resolve minor machine faults where possible.
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Follow all company procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work safely at all times, maintaining high Health & Safety standards.
Support colleagues within the production and automation areas.
Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
