This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position within a busy production environment, with training provided to become fully competent operating the machinery independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
* Completing light assembly of components.
* Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
* Following production processes and meeting targets.
* Reporting any faults or quality issues.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Following all Health & Safety procedures.
Working Hours:
Rotating shifts:
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
* 22:00 – 06:00
Monday to Friday
Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous.
* Machine operating experience preferred but not essential.
* Good attention to detail.
* Reliable and hardworking.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Pay:
£12.71 per hour initially
Pay will increase once fully trained and competent to operate the machines independently.
