Machine Operator Bourne £16.60ph Immediate Start Monday to Thursday 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am Temporary with the potential to become permanent We are recruiting for a machine operator to work for this growing company in Bourne. They are looking for technically minded individuals who want to work hard, learn and progress in a small friendly team. This is a Temporary with the potential to become permanent role. Working 12 hour shifts 4 on 3 off Monday to Thursday 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am, so you always get a weekend off! As the machine operator you will be: * Attention to detail is paramount for this role, as you are setting the flow for product to be split into workable pieces. * Operating Forklift Counterbalance to load product into the hopper and unload again for the next process. * Regularly quality testing to ensure the purity. * Work to instructions and follow works orders. * Keep the work area tidy. This role would suit anyone who has worked as machine operator, operated forklift Counterbalance and is used to or happy to work 12-hour shifts. The company are big believers of multi skilling and progression and promotion from within their own team. Skills required for Machine Operator: * Attention to details. * Forklift Counterbalance licence. * Machine minding / setting / operating. * Wants to work and progress.
