Machine Operator – Automated Packing Lines
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Machine Operators to join their team in Elsham, working on afternoon shifts operating automated packing lines. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but the most important thing is a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor automated packing lines efficiently and safely
* Maintain product quality and adhere to production standards
* Assist with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate as needed
* Keep the work area clean and safe
* Work as part of a collaborative team
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in manufacturing or operating machinery is required
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Reliable and flexible team player
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary increase after initial training and after 12weeks once permanent with the Client
