We're Hiring! Production / FLT Operator Role Are you looking for a hands-on role in a growing production team? We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator, with the option to use a Forklift Truck (FLT) if qualified. Shift Details During Training: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm After Training (when required): 3:45pm - 2:00am 25% shift allowance applies Pay £12.21 per hour (£12.98 per hour if on the FLT) 25% shift allowance for late shift Location Redditch Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Label, bottle, and package products accurately Transport materials securely using a Forklift Truck (FLT) if qualified Support various production tasks to ensure smooth operations Adhere to all safety and quality standards What We're Looking For FLT licence is desirable but not essential Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous Strong team player with excellent attention to detail Positive, proactive attitude If you're ready for a practical, hands-on role, whether or not you hold an FLT licence, we'd love to hear from you.
