Maintenance & Recycling Operative

The purpose of the role is to maintain a clean working environment externally & internally throughout the site. What you'll be doing The collection, storage and processing of all recyclable waste material into waste streams throughout the site (for collection by external Waste Provider) Ensuring that all external grounds are kept clean, tidy and well maintained and undertaking reactive tasks such as furniture / equipment moves in support of site operations. Characteristics & Skills Knowledge of waste stream/recycling procedures for metals, plastics, cardboard etc. Forklift Truck license. Experience of driving electric vehicles whilst towing items. General Health & Safety awareness working within this operational environment. Comfortable handling heavy loads. Be a team player, with the ability to work independently.
