Location: Central Belt, Scotland

FM Search & Select are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, covering a range of commercial and retail contracts throughout Scotland's Central Belt.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering a competitive salary, a manageable on-call rota and the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.
The Role
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
*
Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
*
Undertake electrical repairs, testing and remedial works.
*
Maintain lighting, power distribution systems and associated electrical installations.
*
Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
*
Complete maintenance reports and relevant documentation.
*
Build positive working relationships with clients and site teams.
Requirements
*
Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
*
Experience working within commercial maintenance or Facilities Management.
*
Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills.
*
Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
18th Edition qualification preferred.
Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
*
Company van provided, with personal use permitted.
