Maintenance Electrician - South West Door to door travel paid on top of your salary. Average 45-50 hours per week including travel £17.50-£18.50ph  Overtime paid after 8 hours  Match up to 25 days holiday  Pension  Bonus  Other benefits    Are you a Maintenance Electrician looking for a new mobile role based in South West (M5 corridor)and looking for a new mobile role which pays for your travel time.    This large FM company who have recently won a new contract within the commercial sector. They are looking for a number of experienced electrically biased mobile maintenance engineers to cover commercial properties across the South West region.   This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an established team working on a portfolio of properties across the region. You will be responsible for all aspects of electrical works on a reactive basis. Some testing and inspection as well as assisting with other tasks and engineers on site. Some of these sites are offices, retail, mod and schools, the ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of electrical works both planned and reactive, knowledge of Fire Alarms as well as statutory compliance testing.   Key Responsibilities Will Include Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork. Be on a call-out rota to provide the client with full out-of-hours cover. Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to the standard of work and Health and Safety. Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio. Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. Carry out work safely and diligently.
