Maintenance Engineer Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum DOE Location: Aylesbury Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights (7 AM – 7 PM) Ready to take the next step in your engineering career? We're looking for a hands on Maintenance Engineer to join our high performing team in Aston Clinton. You'll be working with advanced blow moulding technology, helping us deliver high quality, sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference. Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role: Keeping production running smoothly through proactive and reactive maintenance Working on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow moulding machinery Diagnosing faults and implementing effective, long lasting fixes Completing maintenance records and ensuring all work meets safety, hygiene & quality standards Collaborating with engineers across the site to ensure seamless production flow Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs across all plant and site equipmentWhat We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of UK based Maintenance Engineering experience Knowledge of blow moulding equipment (extrusion, injection, or stretch) is highly desirable NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Strong understanding of Health & Safety and environmental best practices A proactive, problem solving approach and a strong team mindset Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)Benefits of this Maintenance Engineer role: Competitive salary up to £50,000 DOE 4 on / 4 off rotating days & nights Supportive team culture with opportunities to expand your skillset Work for an innovative and growing organisation focused on sustainability If you’re ready for a new challenge and meet the UK experience criteria, apply today and take your engineering career to the next level!
