We're currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious commercial site in Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, offering a stable, static position with excellent opportunities for further training and career progression.
The role follows a Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule, giving you a great work-life balance without the need for shift work.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical building services systems. You'll be expected to fault-find, troubleshoot, complete remedial works, maintain accurate site records and ensure all building services are operating efficiently.
Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
Diagnosing, fault-finding and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
Completing inspections, testing and compliance checks.
Carrying out emergency lighting testing and remedial works.
Maintaining and servicing motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs and three-phase systems.
Completing general building services maintenance and repairs.
Updating site logbooks, maintenance records and compliance documentation.
Liaising with subcontractors, clients and colleagues to ensure smooth site operations.
Providing a high standard of customer service and ensuring all works are completed safely. Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
Fully qualified in either electrical installations or a mechanical engineering discipline.
At least 3 years' experience within commercial building maintenance.
Good all-round mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
Apprentice-trained background desirable.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. Salary and Package:
£48,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Static position in Kensington, West London.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
