The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. Working within a dynamic engineering team, you’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a modern manufacturing site. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact efficiency, reliability, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with food industry standards
Working collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For
Multi-skilled engineer (ideally electrical bias)
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Food highly desirable)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and improvement
Relevant engineering qualifications
