Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Mornings or Mid Shift Daventry £49,000 We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, with two shifts available: 05:30 - 14:00 and 10:30 - 19:00. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, helping to ensure production runs efficiently and safely. Skills / Duties Carry out reactive, preventative, and corrective maintenance across machinery and plant equipment Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faults Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food industry standardsQualifications / Experience Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably food production Strong mechanical, electrical, and fault-finding skills Experience with PLCs, conveyors, packaging machinery, and production line equipment is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environmentTo apply, send your CV to Cameron Stevens or call (phone number removed) for a confidential chat
