Apply NowA leading UK food manufacturer is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to support continued growth. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by resolving breakdowns, delivering planned maintenance and supporting site-wide improvements in machinery, hygiene, quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance
Support continuous improvement activities across the site
Work within an established PPM schedule alongside breakdown response
Provide mechanical and electrical support to all operational areas
Fault finding, breakdown cover and equipment installation
About You:
Multi-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical qualifications (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, etc.)
HACCP and GMP qualified
Familiar with safe systems of work
Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment with tools such as TPM
Understanding of OEE
Positive attitude, practical problem solver, eager to learn and proactive in driving change
