Maintenance Engineer Tutbury, Derbyshire £45,500 4 on 4 off Days (5AM – 5PM) Benefits Overtime readily available at paid at 1.5X rate 5% Matched Pension (10% Combined) No nights involved at all, permanent 12 hour day shift Internal promotion opportunities Chance to be involved in lots of projects, not all reactive firefighting We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join our team of 8 engineers at our site in Derby. As a business we had in excess of £1.5bn turnover in 2024 with continued growth plans across the UK and Europe to come. This role has come about due to an internal promotion into a maintenance team leaders position, something we aim to do with all of our senior positions. We are a household name in the food industry, day to day you’ll be working on conveyors, slicers, multivacs, tunnels, hydraulics, pneumatics, 3/Single Phase Motors amongst other industrial machinery The Successful Engineer Minimum of 3 years experience working as an industrial maintenance engineer Recognised L3 Maintenance related qualification (NVQ / City and Guilds/ HNC etc) Engineers from all industrial backgrounds are encouraged to apply including applicants from a forces background – We have a good track record of hiring direct from the forces Get in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington regarding this maintenance opportunity
