Rotating between: Week 1: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 18.00pm; Week 2: Monday - Thursday: 18:00pm - 06.00am; Week 3: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 06:00am - 18.00pm and Saturday: 06:00am- 15.00pm. The Role: You will be responsible for engineering at the plant so it runs efficiently sustaining high performance. You will work as part of a team of Maintenance Engineers to ensure that the Production Lines are maintained and fully operational in order to achieve maximum efficiency levels and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets. The role will work closely with the Production team to ensure that CI projects, planned maintenance activities, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and waste targets are achieved and delivered. You will be a competent Production Line Engineer with the ability to resolve breakdowns safely and efficiently so that production volumes are maximised and the working environment remains safe and hazard free. Responsibilities:  Carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding, repairs, and breakdown response, identifying root causes to improve reliability and efficiency. Deliver proactive planned maintenance to ensure plant operates safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. Support plant upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and new equipment installations. Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to meet schedules and production requirements, assisting with plant operations when required. Adhere to Health & Safety best practices, SSWs, PTWs, relevant legislation, and company policies including accident and near-miss reporting. Experience: Formal recognised engineering qualification/trained i.e. apprentice trained/NVQ Level 3 in Engineering At least 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer Electrical and Mechanical knowledge  If you are interested in this role get in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling Warrington.
