My client is a leading service provider. Due to an expansion of contract, they are currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer (elec Bias) to work on a flag ship contract. You will have your city and guilds, nvq level 3 or equivalent with 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Office Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on high end commercial offices, this will include all lighting, power, single and 3 phase, fault finding to panels, distribution boards, sockets, emergency lighting, plant checks, checks on AHU's, fan coils as well as escorting and advising sub-contractors, working with colleagues and general paper work.
Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday.
Salary 48K, plus call out, overtime and good company benefits.
